Healthy fast food brand launches first perm site in Nottingham

Chef's Office, Create, Inspire, Connect

Following a successful pop-up at Nottingham Street Food Club in intu Victoria Centre, The Clean Cut Kitchen has launched its first bricks and mortar site on Derby Road.

Customers can dine in or take out fresh, healthy choices such as poached egg and avocado, sweet potato waffle burgers and turkey meatballs with spiralized courgette.

For sweeter but still healthier treats, there are Krispy Clean doughnuts made with oats, wholemeal flour, honey and almond milk, with toppings created out of fat free strawberry yoghurt and zero fat cream cheese.

The drinks range from protein milkshakes, smoothies and fruit juices to locally roasted coffee from 200 Degrees.

The concept was created by Nottingham friends Antonio Vendone and James Alexander Irons, who also own a popular artisan pizza bar in Hockley called Suede. They wanted to use their award-winning experience to offer Nottingham an alternative way to eat fast food – a cleaner healthier dining experience.

The duo recruited the support from nutritional experts and chefs who are passionate about clean eating in order to ensure the Clean Cut menu is equally healthy as it is tasty.
