As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the supervision of the kitchen ensuring that our brand values & standards are delivered. You will be actively involved in training & development as well as the running of the kitchen whilst inspiring passion & excellence in a small team of dedicated chefs.
You will also possess the drive to be the best of the best & be a part of a top class team passionate about guest experiences. You will be working under Executive Chef Martin Blunos in a new Brasserie Style Brand within the Crewe Arms Hotel.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
