Ingredients
- 150 ml Pure Olive Oil
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 150 g Almonds ground
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 3 Fresh Eggs
- 125 ml Water other Hot
Instructions
- Pre heat oven 180c
- Line a medium 2-inch-deep cake tin with greasproof paper
- Mix the hot water and cocoa into a smooth paste
- Mix the olive oil with the almonds/matcha/bicarb/salt/caster sugar/eggs until smooth
- Beat in the cocoa & water mix
- Transfer to the cake tin and bake for 35 mins
- Cool on a wire rack
- Dust with golden caster sugar mixed with icing sugar 50/50 mix
