French restaurant and delicatessen, La Ferme is to open a second site at 154 Regent’s Park Road in Primrose Hill, in a deal through Shelley Sandzer.
The brand will take the former Negozio Classica site, covering 1,440 sq ft over basement, ground and mezzanine levels.
The restaurant will offer a menu of traditional French dishes using seasonal artisan produce often sourced from France.
The new restaurant, due to open at the end of the month, will be the brand’s second location following their debut site in Farringdon.
Ben Freeman, leasing agent at Shelley Sandzer, said, “Primrose Hill, and Regents Park Road specifically, is the perfect location for La Ferme’s second restaurant. The brand will fit right in with this friendly neighbourhood which is already home to a thriving restaurant scene offering wine bars and alfresco dining. We utilised our expert knowledge of the area and the market to secure a premium deal for our client.”
