Pasta Remoli is launching brand new menus at its Finsbury Park and Westfield Stratford restaurants, featuring more vegetarian and vegan dishes than ever.

Alongside the authentic Roman sauces and pasta, chef and founder Simone Remoli has shaken things up with his new meat-free dishes, including ravioli filled with truffle and mushroom, or aubergine and roast tomato, or pumpkin and roasted potato.

The new menus showcase vegan alternatives to the traditional egg pasta. Remoli has used his natural pasta-making talents to create a soft and tasty egg-free maccheroncini pasta that’s as good as the original – there’s also a gluten-free version. Additionally, vegans can enjoy spinach, beetroot, or pumpkin gnocchi, all perfectly matched to the restaurant’s authentic Roman sauces.

For pescatarians, the new menu features fish dishes including grilled octopus, served with a creamy chickpea puree, crispy potatoes and finished with paprika and salted ricotta, or a vibrant seafood salad made with octopus, cuttlefish, shrimp, black olives and capers.
