Slug & Lettuce opens in Bedford today with new menu

Following a large-scale investment, leading high-street brand Slug & Lettuce is opening in Bedford today from 5pm.

Located on the high street in the centre of town, the venue highlights a deluxe new décor that includes rich, bold prints, on-trend neon hues and flashes of gold and glamour throughout.

A robust menu offers twenty-three new dishes, including sharing plates, tapas-style light bites, superfood salads all under 600 calories, as well as firm menu favourites, Tostadas with sautéed Pepper & Grilled Halloumi and Chorizo & Mozzarella varieties.

The new Slug & Lettuce features a VIP cocktail masterclass station, suitable for any occasion and the perfect way to kick start the ultimate night out.

The bird cage seating areas are bespoke spaces for any get together, with a variety of pre-booked offers available for hen parties, birthday parties, baby showers, Sunday brunches and more.

The venue also houses an impressive new look bar, and enhanced seating to cater for day or night time dining until 10pm.
