A2P Hospitality acquires Llandudno hotel by | Caterlyst - https://www.caterlyst.com/A2P Hospitality has purchased The Manor Hotel in the seaside town of Llandudno, North Wales, assisted by Christie Finance.
Standing since 1910, the building was extended in the 1960s to turn it into the hotel it is today. It offers 17 guest rooms across four floors with further scope to develop the business and increase the number of rooms.
Gary Boyce, Associate Director at Christie Finance who supported A2P Hospitality Limited with finding the right funding, commented, “A2P were looking to continue to grow their hotel portfolio in the UK and identified The Manor as the ideal opportunity to do so.
“The company has been operating in the hotel sector since 1978 and this acquisition adds to their existing three hotels in the UK as well as two in India. As a repeat client, we were delighted to be able to help them with their growth aspirations.
“Across Wales, Christie Finance is seeing growing competition between hotel buyers for the limited opportunities coming to the market. This makes investigating options early and having the right funding plans in place even more essential to be able to bid with confidence when these opportunities arise.”
