Yuu Kitchen to open this month in E1 by | Caterlyst - https://www.caterlyst.com/Yuu Kitchen, which is inspired by the flavours of South-East Asia and the Pacific Rim, is set to open in London’s E1 on 26 October.
The new restaurant will feature an open kitchen serving up bao buns, buttermilk chicken, crispy tofu, and 7UP-braised pork belly. Diners will be able to savour poke bowls, and salmon and jalapeño tostadas from the raw section.
Wine, bubbles and beers are all on tap, and the drinks list will also offer cocktails and sake.
Yuu Kitchen is founded by Stephen Lowe, previously of Icebar London, and Jon de Villa, previously of Nobu, Nobu Berkeley and Zafferano, and have been backed by two directors and founders of Icebar London.
