M&S Foodhalls to open in West London & Exmouth

Marks & Spencer has signed up to open a M&S Foodhall at Westway Cross Shopping Park in Greenford, West London.

The retail giant has agreed a new 15-year lease for a current WHSmith unit, where it will operate a 14,168 sq ft (1,316 sq m) store across the ground and mezzanine floors.

Located on the A40 corridor, Westway Cross Shopping Park was recently extended and now offers 135,634 sq ft (12,600 sq m) of retail space across 19 units.

Marks & Spencer will also be opening a Marks & Spencer Foodhall in Exmouth, East Devon, by mid 2017. Work has now started on the 9,000sq ft store off Marine Way and Royal Avenue, which will be linked to Exmouth railway station.
