Asian-themed US restaurant chain to launch in UK

Asian-themed US casual dining restaurant group, P.F. Chang’s is set to launch its first site in the UK.

The chain, which operates over 200 restaurants in the US and 56 in international markets, plans to open on Great Newport Street in London at the beginning of next month.

The menu, led by Head Chef Deepak Kotian, will feature some of P.F. Chang’s classics including the Dynamite Shrimp, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Vegetarian Lettuce wraps.

The restaurant chain was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang, owned and operated by Centerbridge Partners, and headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

P. F. Chang’s is the largest full service, casual dining Chinese restaurant chain in America.
