Burger & Lobster is to launch new concept this September

The nine-site strong London restaurant group, Burger & Lobster is to launch ‘Shack by Burger & Lobster’ in Camden this September, with more planned.

The new more informal concept will offer a menu styled on dishes from New Hampshire in New England, such as Nebraskan beef burgers and lobster rolls, and a range of beer.

The original Burger & Lobster concept has been serving up quality burgers and lobsters, served in steamed buns, since 2011.

The business, whichis owned by Goodman Restaurants, has bounced back from some less than positive financial results when the 170-cover Manchester site closed, as well as two other underperforming outlets. The firm planned to stick to smaller 70-100 cover sites.
