Hobart launches care sector warewasher

Hobart has unveiled a new compact undercounter warewasher specifically designed for use in the care sector that can halve a site’s energy, water and detergent costs in just one day.

Hobart Care twins the simplicity of a household or semi-professional machine, with the pure functionality of a commercial model. Patented technology means it can deal with up to 80 racks per day, thermally disinfecting soiled ware with 100°C steam to offer care sites complete peace of mind.

The compact (H x 820mm / W x 600mm / D x 600mm) undercounter machine is 90% faster than a household model, using 80% less water and 65% less than its semi-professional counterpart. Hobart’s state of the art washing and drying technology also means that energy and detergent costs fall by 50% with just one day’s usage.
