Chef de Partie required for this amazing Michelin Restaurant working alongside the talented Chef Patron and his team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this talented team, creating amazing dishes from locally sourced produce some of which is grown in their own kitchen garden.
As chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team assisting with a wide variety of daily tasks, constantly learning new things, part of your duties will also include organising a section and cooking through service.
Excellent Live in is available onsite if required but would also suit applicants living in the Monmouth Wye Valley Coleford Abergavenny or possibly Newport are with their own transport.
Benefits
Starting Salary upto £18,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Tips & Service Charge (usually £3,500 per year) Paid Monthly
