This is a great opportunity to get into a great kitchen working with a great Head Chef with a fantastic reputation in the area.
To apply for this position you will need to have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally in Rosette standard kitchens but this is not essential if you can demonstrate good skills and have a passion for excellent cooking.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef on a daily basis, assisting with the day to day management of the kitchen, this will include organising the team, running a section when required and delegating out daily prep tasks.
This is a live out position so applicants need to live in the Guildford, Godalming, Woking, Leatherhead or Aldershot area with their own transport if required.
