Kitty Fishers to open sister site in spring

Chef's Office, Create, Inspire, Connect
From the trio behind Kitty Fisher’s, Cora Pearl is to open on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden next spring.

Tom Mullion, Tim Steel and Oliver Milburn’s new restaurant will be set over the ground and lower ground floors and will have space for 60 diners.

George Barson, who joined Kitty Fisher’s as head chef in January 2017 will lead the kitchen teams at both restaurants, Tom Fogg, the current manager at Kitty Fisher’s, will oversee front of house at Cora Pearl.

The sister sites are linked by the origins of their names: Kitty Fisher was a renowned courtesan in London and Cora Pearl was a celebrated lady of the night in Paris.

Kitty Fisher’s serves up modern British fare with a Spanish twist and it’s yet to be revealed in Cora Pearl will do the same.
