Situated in the Hertfordshire village of Old Knebworth, the Lytton Arms, part of the Knebworth House Estate, has been let through Fleurets.
The new letting has been successfully secured by renowned regional operator, Anglian Country Inns. The company aim to retain elements of a property’s historical charm, creating atmospheres where patrons can enjoy a variety of local and regional ales whilst indulging in a fine rustic food menu.
The pub itself is an extensive property, boasting a large, split bar area and restaurant. The pub is further complimented by views across the Knebworth Estate, made particularly famous for its live music events in the 1990s, attracting audiences of around 250,000.
Gareth Hatton from Fleurets’ East office commented, “The Lytton Arms is a sizable property with vast amounts of potential. I can’t wait to see the results of Anglian Country Inns’ refurbishment and am sure the pub will prosper under the Nye family’s tenancy.”
The pub, under its new tenancy, will be opening its doors in late May, following an extensive refurbishment. The pub will offer fine locally sourced cuisine, alongside a wide variety of craft ales.
