The former craft beer bar and cafe will operate as a pizzeria under a franchise agreement with L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, the oldest pizzeria in Italy which was formed in Naples in 1870. The site will be the business’s first venture in the UK.
The premises is arranged over basement, ground and first floor extending to approximately 2,022 sq ft (187 sq m) and let on the remainder of a 16-year lease at a rent of £44k per year.
Chris Bickle, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, commented, “Stoke Newington is a well established location for independent food and beverage operators and the marketing process attracted a great deal of interest. We continue to see plenty of activity in the leisure sector, particularly outside of London’s Zone 1, where opportunities tend to be more accessible.”
