Tapas Revolution set to open 7th site in Bath

Tapas Revolution is to open in SouthGate, Bath on 1 June, which will the brand’s seventh restaurant.

Created by Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy (pictured), Tapas Revolution offers authentic Spanish fare sourced from artisan producers.

The all-day menu has fish, meat and vegetable sections including classics such as tortilla, croquetas de jamon, calamares, chorizo cooked in Asturian cider and freshly-made Churros.

To marry with the dishes, the restaurant will also an extensive cocktail list inspired by Spain, and premium Gin Tonics served in traditional Copa de Balón – balloon glasses.

Tapas Revolution’s opening hours will be Monday to Saturday 9am – 11pm and from 10am-6pm on Sundays.
