The Mint Room owners to open new Pan Indian restaurant in Bristol

Following the success of their South West restaurants, The Mint Room, brothers Moe and Luthfur Rahman are set to launch a brand new Pan-Indian restaurant in Bristol’s Wrapping Wharf, Cargo 2 development.

The brothers plan to open the new venue, called Sholay Indian Kitchen at the end of the month and it will be open daily from 12pm until 10pm.

The new restaurant will offer a casual dining experience and will focus on sharing platers.

Moe and Luth Rahman currently operate fine dining restaurants The Mint Room in Bath and Bristol.
