Tonkotsu collaborates with guest chefs for new dishes

Authentic ramen restaurant chain, Tonkotsu is serving up a series of ramen collaborations with guest chefs, which launches 1 February.

Critically-acclaimed tapas chef, Jose Pizarro (pictured) has teamed up with Tonkotsu’s Ken Yamada to create a brand new dish for the menu: Iberico pork ramen, a Spanish/Japanese dish made up with piquillo peppers and served shot of sherry on the side, which will be available in all seven of Tonkotsu’s sites.

Next, there will be guest appearances and dishes from Kricket, Gizzi Erskine, Rum Kitchen and Cabrito Goat.

Tonkotsu will also be launching a new menu featuring sweet potato korokke, a new seafood ramen, as well as a new gyoza (dumplings) menu.
