Castle Pubs Craft Beer Festival returns for the summer

Mitchells & Butlers’ Castle Pubs group is launching its Craft Beer Festival from 8 June-15 July.

The Craft Beer Festival is featuring at over 100 pubs nationwide, including renowned venues such at The White Horse in Parsons Green and The Spaniards in Hampstead, to pubs in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.

Working with an incredible range of breweries, and passionate about keeping Castle Pubs beer selection fresh and current, the Craft Beer Festival will showcase the group’s extensive choice of craft beer ranges in all types of format, including bottle, can and cask.

The range of beers, which will appeal to both amateurs and craft beer aficionados alike, will be rotated over the six weeks.

We’re so excited to have such an excellent mix of beers on offer covering different styles and flavours from well-known producers, through to up and coming breweries – especially the Sierra Nevada beers hitting UK shores for the first time.

‘If guests are unsure on what drink to choose, then the beer flights are a perfect way to sample the different options available and explore this extensive range of beers.”

The pubs involved in this year’s Craft Beer Festival will also be offering an exclusive selection of exciting craft beers from independent American brewer Sierra Nevada, including River Ryed, Sidecar and Peach IPA. In possibly the largest single order of US craft beer to ever arrive in the UK, there will be ten Sierra Nevada beers on keg throughout the six weeks plus Sierra Nevada German IPA in bottle.

There will also be special offers, plus beer tasting events nationwide, and the opportunity to meet Steve Grossman from Sierra Nevada. The ‘beer flights’ provide the perfect opportunity to sample 3 different beers (each one 1/3 pint) for £10 and the loyalty card scheme means guests get a free pint for every 6 pints or ‘beer flights’ purchased.
