Former Elton John, Coldplay & Take That chefs to open restaurant in Rutland

Husband and wife team, Sam and Romy Letteri (pictured), who have previously catered for the likes of Elton John, Coldplay and Take That, are set to open a new sushi restaurant in Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands.

The new restaurant called Fish Tank Sushi will open on Church Street and will be the first sushi restaurant in the county.

The menu will feature a selection of fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes including soft shell crab burgers, tofu and kimchi rolls, salmon and avocado rolls, crispy duck rolls and vegan salads and soups.

The restaurant is expected to open on 1 September.
