Judging the competition were 300 key decision makers from the catering industry who scrutinised innovation, economy, efficiency and benefits to end-users before awarding Gold to the warewashing company.
With an Auto-Clean Self-Cleaning System, twinLINE dishwashing organising system and Sensotronic washing intelligence, the PREMAX FTPi and PROFI FTNi flight-type models proved to be the best solution for canteens, university refectories and hospital kitchens alike, with the judges unanimous in their praise for the unique and efficient ways in which the machines operate.

It is not the first time Hobart has had success in this competition having received a Gold award in 2015 for the PREMAX hood-type dishwasher.
