Hobart wins Manufacturer of the Year award

Hobart Warewash has received the highly prestigious FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) Manufacturer of the Year award for 2017.

The accolade was collected in Vienna, during the FCSI conference -‘Food and Hospitality of the Future”- attended by more than 200 specialist planners and consultants in professional hotel, restaurant and large-scale catering kitchen design, working across the key markets of the UK, France, Germany and Italy.

The distinction, which lasts for two years, was awarded for innovation in Hobart’s class-leading FTPi and FTNi flight type machines. Both are equipped with the highly unique, patented twinLINE system, which makes it possible to wash the usual ware in the machine, while trays are simultaneously washed on a separate conveyor without changing the footprint. The result yields a time saving of some 30% allied to a remarkable increase in capacity.
