MasterChef winner to open first restaurant in Hove

MasterChef: The Professionals 2013 winner, Steven Edwards is set to open his first restaurant called Etch in Brighton & Hove.

The 36-cover restaurant will offer four, five and eight-course seasonal tasting menus, using local and fresh produce from in and around Sussex.

Edwards has worked at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxfordshire and the South Lodge Hotel in West Sussex and at the age of 26, he was one of the youngest ever winners of the competition.

Etch will open in Church Road, Hove on 24 March.
