Chef-Patron Allan Pickett and Bodean’s founder André Blais launched the upmarket eatery last summer, and was loved by top food critics, such as Jay Rayner and Fay Maschler, and diners alike.
However, Pickett left the London restaurant in June this year, which had placed seventh and claimed the title of highest new entry in the Top 100 UK Restaurants 2016 listing.
Pickett has carved an illustrious career with roles at Le Gavroche, Orrery, L’Escargot, Chez Nico, and as head chef at Galvin Bistrot de Luxe.
