RBH hotels receive prestigious accreditations

More than 20 properties within Redefine|BDL Hotels’ (RBH’s) portfolio have received prestigious BDRC accreditations following glowing 2017 customer service feedback.

The properties, each managed by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, were recognised by the only meetings accreditation programme driven solely by the voice of the customer, following their strong VenueVerdict scores throughout 2017. The scores were generated following event feedback from meeting bookers and event hosts.

The hotels to have achieved BDRC Gold Standard Accreditations over the course of 2017 are:

Ashford International Hotel, Belton Woods, Crewe Hall (pictured), Crowne Plaza Reading, Dunston Hall, Hellidon Lakes Golf and Spa Hotel, Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock, Mottram Hall, The Cambridge Belfry Hotel, The Cheltenham Chase Hotel, The Midland, The Oxford Belfry, The Park Royal, The Queens, Stratford Manor, Telford Hotel and Golf Resort and The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort.

Three properties – Chesford Grange, Crowne Plaza London Docklands and DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre – were highly commended, while Forest Pines and Golf Resort and The Nottingham Belfry also received commendations.
