Crumbled Bacon & Cheesemelt Burger

This Crumbled Bacon & Cheesemelt Burger is perfect for a Bistro Menu


  • 113 g Pizza Grate
  • 57 g Red Peppers
  • 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 4 Lamb Burger
  • 4 Brioche Burger Bun


  1. Combine the Kerrymaid Grated Red, cherry peppers, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise in a blender and chill for two hours to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Place the burgers on the barbecue.
  3. Grill the bacon until crisp.
  4. Place the burgers on the bun and top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
  5. Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise and top with the sliced bacon.
