- 150 g Unsalted Butter
- 180 g Honey
- 110 g Dates chopped
- 290 g Rolled Oats
- 70 g Coconut other Desiccated
- Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°.
- Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper or grease the tin.
- In a pan melt the butter and honey.
- Then add the dates, oats and coconut and fold together.
- Place the mix in the tin and bake for 15 mins or until cooked through
