Gluten-Free Chicken Tikka

A fabulous gluten free alternative to your menu


  • 1 l Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce other
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 400 g Mixed Peppers sliced
  • 200 g Onions other Diced


  1. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat. Once hot dry fry the vegetables until they become soft and the water has been reduced out.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for two minutes until it is sealed
  3. Add the curry sauce and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches 75°c
  4. You may need to add water to get the consistency you require
