Ingredients
- 1 l Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce other
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 400 g Mixed Peppers sliced
- 200 g Onions other Diced
Instructions
- Place the saucepan on the stove and heat. Once hot dry fry the vegetables until they become soft and the water has been reduced out.
- Add the chicken and cook for two minutes until it is sealed
- Add the curry sauce and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches 75°c
- You may need to add water to get the consistency you require
