Ingredients
- 75 g Onions chopped
- 1 Thyme Sprig chopped
- 450 g Minced Lamb
- 1 Parsley Flat Sprig chopped
- 4 White Cheddar Slices
- 1 Medium Egg
Instructions
- Melt the spread in a saucepan with the oninon and fry over a gentle heat until softened.
- Mix the mince,herbs and egg
- Mix in the onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and mould into burgers
- Grill the burgers on a medium heat for several minutes on each side and top with a cheese slice
