The Dayrooms Cafe to open second site in Holborn

Australian inspired café The Dayrooms is set to launch its second venue in Holborn.

The Dayrooms Café, which launched its first site in Notting Hill in July, plans to open in Theobalds Road this month.

Like its original site, Holborn’s Dayrooms will serve Australian inspired toasties and sandwiches including pickled red onion and toasted mac and cheese in addition to dishes including grilled prawn tostadas, poached ginger chicken and burrata-stuffed meatballs.

There will also be Ozone Coffee Roasters, blended juices, smoothies and milkshakes.

Founded by Zumrud Mammadova, the Dayrooms is planning further openings across London later in the year.
